I have added functions to calculate eGFR for children ages 1-25 using the CKiD U25 algorithms. These include calculations based on serum creatinine, based on Cystatin C, and a composite based on both.

Update nephro.R with CKiD u25 equations
small improvement to labeling
Mixed up sex coding variable, now fixed. No change to the actual functions.
